The Primal Collection

consists

of three kinds of timbers.

German spruce is commonly the reference tonewood for the finest soundboards and architectural inner structures.

Wenge is an African wood, and I use it as my standard for the back, sides, bridge, and fingerboard. It has excellent properties in mass, tone, and sobriety.

Mahogany neck and neck block for its stability, resonance, and look. Brings ease to playability and is long-lasting.

Carbon fiber is installed inside the neck to secure its lifespan, provide strength for any humidity changes, and contribute to the transmission of sound.

Shellac applied as a varnish protection, also known as "French Polsih," is a wood finishing technique that results in a very high gloss surface with a deep color and chatoyancy. French polishing consists of applying many thin coats of shellac dissolved in denatured alcohol using a rubbing pad lubricated with one of a variety of oils.

Oil is used for the neck and fingerboard for a smooth, sensitive, and natural touch.
